In September of 2005 I made the scary decision to move from Denver, Colorado, back to my home state, South Carolina. After investigating several realty companies I decided to choose Patrick to assist me in purchasing a home near Greenville. Since you are now considering agents to work with, you know what a bewildering task this can be. In my case I had the great fortune of meeting two of the most remarkable and dedicated professionals I have ever encountered while trying to buy a house. Thank you for your team effort in selling my home

I just wanted to write and thank you for your team effort in selling my home at rivermist.

Having worked with you both in purchasing, building and outfitting this home with many value added items back in 2003, I anticipated a quick sale. In February 2004, I put the home up for sale. Ten months and two real estate agents later, I had not yet received a single offer. During that period, I had dropped my asking price five times and, with my last price adjustment, felt that the home was now underpriced by at least $5000. Still no offers were received.

In January of 2005, I contracted with Patrick and following your recommendation, I listed at an asking price $9,500 more than my previous listing. Ambitious, I thought, but it seemed to me that this pricing was more in line with what comparable homes in the area were selling for.

One month later, I received an acceptable offer and closed the home in mid-February. I have to tell you that after having an empty home (having moved to Georgia) on the market for the last eight months, this sale was a reason for celebration! In retrospect, I am convinced that this sale was not just the result of fortunate circumstance.

You both provided me with good advice regarding presentation of the home and then priced it correctly for the current market conditions. During the time it was listed, I saw a lot of activity with potential buyers that you brought in as well as those provided by other agents. When the presentations were finished, you always found the time to call me with feedback on the buyer's visits. Those calls were very informative and comforting as I was able to get back to Greenville only occasionally. I really appreciated those efforts and they assured me that you were always working hard on my behalf.

Once again, thank you for your professionalism and diligence. You are both a credit to the real estate industry and I would heartily recommend your services to any potential client.
